Can I get a refund for a book I've paid for

Answer

Refunds for lost and paid materials are issued at the library’s discretion and when the following conditions are met. A billing fee of $10 per item will be deducted from the refund amount. To request a refund, you will need to speak directly to the Library Billing Associate.

  1. Item is returned no later than 60 days past the initial billing date*
  2. Item has not been replaced.
  3. Item is in good condition.

* For E-ZBorrow and ILLiad items, no refunds are issued after 7 days from the initial billing date.
